Martyr Cemal Feqê Mistefa Kak Mihemed was born in 1945 in the village of Serdre in the Xaneqa valley, which is part of the Rawandiz district of the Erbil governorate. He was a villager and engaged in farming, was not educated, and was not married.
In 1963, he made contact with the Peshmerga forces of the September Revolution and became a Peshmerga in the 4th Battalion of the Balek force. He participated in the battle of Mount Zozik and the epic of Mount Hindiren. In 1975, he was martyred in the village of Serdre due to the bombing by the Iraqi regime's warplanes.
