Martyr Osman Ahmed Heini was born in 1948 in the village of Pirbeinan in the Khwakurk area, affiliated with the Sidakan district, Soran Independent Administration. He was illiterate and married. After the uprising of South Kurdistan in 1991, he joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1995, he became a Peshmerga in the Sidakan Army and participated in the wars of the Sidakan area. On September 13, 1998, in the war of defending the rule of law in the village of Nazaria in the Dashtehert area, he was martyred by the bullets of PKK militants.
