Struggle Record

Aziz Hussain Muhammad became a Peshmerga in Year 1985 in the Fifth Region of Sharazur, which at that time Nuri Hama Ali was the commander of the region.

Martyr Aziz Hussain Muhammad was nicknamed the 'Lone Peshmerga' among the residents of the Sharazur plain and Sharazur district, due to his frequent performance of partisan activities alone, as he spent most of his time trying to deal deadly blows to the Jash and officials of the Ba'ath regime inside the city and the centers of the sub-districts of that region.

On May 7, 1987, soldiers and Jash of the Ba'ath regime launched a large-scale attack on the Peshmerga positions on Mount Surin. As a result, Aziz Hussain Muhammad was hit by bullets and was martyred.
