Badriya Muhammad Khidr was born on 1 Tammuz 1930 in the city of Qaladizê in Sulaymaniyah Governorate. She was a homemaker and was martyred on 24 Nisan 1974 in the Iraqi Army's aerial bombardment of Qaladizê. She was buried in the Darwazayê cemetery of Qaladizê.
