Hamamurad Baqi Amin, was born in Year 1939 in the town of Tawela, belonging to the Biara sub-district of the Hawraman region. He was a villager and worked as a farmer and gardener. He studied up to the primary level.
In Year 1966, he became a Peshmerga at the Headquarters of the Khabat Force of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, at which time Abdulwahab Atrushi was the Force Commander, and Hamamurad Baqi was one of the trusted men of the Force Commander, so he always performed his duties near him. He participated in the battle of Chwarta and was wounded. He also participated in the battle of Chwarqurna and was severely wounded for the second time.
In Year 1969, in a confrontation with the Military of the then-regime of Iraq in the Penjwen district, he was martyred.
