Martyr Hawiz Mawlud Khidr Abdullah was born in 1971 in the village of Malakan, affiliated with the Khalifan district, Erbil Governorate. He studied up to primary school level and was married.
In the Year 1991, after the popular uprising of Kurdistan, he joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1995, he became a Peshmerga in the Balak Army. He participated in the wars of the Balakayati area. In the Year 1997, in the war of defending the rule of law in Gojar Mountain, Balakayati area, he was martyred by the bullets of PKK fighters.
