Himat Piro Hussein was born in 1973 in the village of Argosh, affiliated with the Sherwan Mazin sub-district, Mergasor district, Erbil Governorate. He studied up to the intermediate level.
In 1991, he participated in the popular uprising of Kurdistan and in the same year joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1992, he joined the Peshmerga Forces of Kurdistan and became a Peshmerga in the Barzan Army, participating in the battles to defend the rule of law and the Kurdistan Region.
On September 5, 1995, he was martyred in the Ranya area, and his body was laid to rest in the Zulfiqar cemetery in the town of Harir.
