Maghdid Hamad Omar Rasul was born in 1955 in the Basirma sub-district. He was a villager and was occupied with farming. His mother's name is Aisha Mustafa, and his brothers are Najmadin, Omar, Sadradin, and Khalid. He was martyred in 1988.
Struggle RecordMaghdid Hamad Omar Rasul In 1983, he joined the Shaqlawa Regional Committee affiliated with the Second Branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. He became a Peshmerga with Hashim Bapir in the Sheikh Wasanan region. In 1988, a large force of Ba'ath regime soldiers attacked the Peshmerga positions in the Sheikh Wasanan region, and Maghdid Hamad was hit by a bullet in that position and was martyred. His comrades buried him near the position where he was martyred.
