Mihemed Emîn Xidir Mehmud was born in 1930 in the village of Balekiyan in the Diana town, which is part of the Erbil governorate. He was a villager and engaged in farming, was illiterate, and was married.
In 1970, he became a Peshmerga in the Seyid Asi battalion, which was part of the Rizgari force. He participated in the battle of Gorez, and in 1974, he was martyred in Gali Ali Beg due to the shelling by the Ba'ath regime.
