Martyr Muhammad Tahir Nabi Shahin was born in 1953 in the village of Suria, affiliated with the Sidakan district, Erbil Governorate, and worked as a farmer.
In the Year 1991, after the uprising of the people in South Kurdistan, he joined the organizations of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1996, he became a Peshmerga in the Sidakan Army. He participated in all the wars of defending the rule of law in the Sidakan area. On June 18, 1998, in Saqar Mountain in the Sidakan area, he was martyred in the war of defending the rule of law by the hands of PKK fighters.
