Martyr Rasul Hamad Rasul Agha Qrnaqawi, Known as (Rasul Haji Hamad Qrnaqawi), was born in 1963 in the village of Qrnaqaw at the foothills of Qandil Mountain, Sulaymaniyah Governorate, he was illiterate. He was married and had one son.
In Year 1978 he joined the Peshmerga Forces of the Gulan Revolution and became a Peshmerga. The same year he became a refugee in the Country of Iran, he participated in many battles and epics of defending the land of Kurdistan. During his Peshmerga life, he took on several responsibilities, and finally, he was a partisan detachment commander.
In Year 1988 he was martyred in the battle of Qandil Mountain and was buried in the cemetery of Badinawa village in Eastern Kurdistan.
