Tahsin Hamed Wasu Ahmed was born in 1973 in the village of Rust, belonging to the town of Smilan in the Choman district of the Soran Self-Administered Area. He studied through primary school and had not married.

In 1991, he joined the organizations of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1994, he became a Peshmerga in the 6th Army of Soran. He participated in the battles in the Soran and Balakayati regions. In 1994, he was martyred in the civil war at Juwizani village in the Smilan subdistrict, in the Balakayati region.
