Minorities of the Middle East: The Kurdish Community 1918-1974 (Volume One)
Originally, this project consists of (30) volumes; the KDP Encyclopedia Board has only translated the part dedicated to the Kurdish community in the Middle East. This book consists of four volumes regarding the minorities of the Middle East, specifically the Kurdish community between the years (1918-1974). It contains a collection of documents, with topics arranged according to time and events, prepared by B. Destani. These four volumes rely on telegrams, exchanged letters, and original reports. The first volume contains 125 documents and memoranda between the years (1918-1930), which maps the modern history of the Kurd in the Middle East, starting with the wishes of the Kurds before the Paris Peace Conference in 1919, and continuing with the demands, complaints, and uprisings of the 1920s and 1930s of the Kurd of Iraq.
